Account Executive, Channel Partners (Sales)

Union is hiring an Account Executive to convert agent- and ISO-referred leads into signed venues for its hospitality technology platform. The role partners with agents throughout the sales process, runs tailored product demonstrations, closes deals, and maintains an accurate sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll own agent-referred leads from first call to signed contract. Partners need to know their leads are in great hands. You respond fast and keep every deal moving
• You’ll show operators how Union runs their busiest night, from the bar to the back office. You tailor every demo to their business and make the value impossible to miss
• You handle the objections, build the business case, and get the signature. Then you hand a clean deal to onboarding
• You keep agents in the loop on every deal. You co-pilot their demos and give them the feedback that helps them sell on their own. Every agent you level up is a multiplier on Union’s growth
• Every deal has a next step and a date. You forecast with accuracy and partner with Sales Operations on quotes and contracts

Requirements:

• 2–5 years closing B2B deals
• A closer. You know how to turn a great demo into a signed deal
• A great partner. You win with agents, not around them. You get as fired up about an agent's win as your own
• Fast and reliable. Partners trust you with their leads because you follow up fast and keep them in the loop
• Organized and accountable. You own your numbers and your CRM
• Hungry to win. You want to build something, not just hit a number
• POS, payments, or hospitality tech is a big plus
• Bonus points: experience working with agents or ISOs, or selling against Toast, Square, SpotOn, or Clover
