Vice President, Ambetter Market Product Development & Management

Centene Management Company LLC is hiring a Vice President to lead product development and management for Ambetter ACA/Marketplace offerings. The role identifies market trends, develops products and benefit designs, and coordinates across teams to support new business, client transitions, and ongoing product performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Centene actuarial, network, sales, corporate development, business development and Corporate product development to provide domain expertise for the Product Growth & Development department
• Continuously examine, modernize, and innovate ACA/Marketplace products based on rules, regulations, and requirements as well as current market trends and target existing customer needs
• Develop new ACA/Marketplace products and benefit designs to meet the evolving needs of target clients
• Develop and implement product bundles based on offerings, specific to target clients
• Oversee and manage the transition of a client from sales to implementation and operations
• Partner with the Business Development team to increase product offerings for current and potential new clients
• Oversee ongoing management of products to ensure membership, operational, and financial KPIs are met
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
• 10+ years of sales, product development or management, or business development experience required
• Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position
• ACA/Marketplace/Individual Market experience strongly preferred
