Project Manager

Learning Network is hiring a Project Manager to develop and oversee project plans using predictive and agile methodologies. The role leads multiple projects from requirements through deployment, coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and manages project scope, schedules, risks, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships
• Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Coordinate and collaborate with a cross-functional team, from data analysts to marketing professionals and instructional managers
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, implementation plans, and retrospectives, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and guidelines
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope or schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and cultivate relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, including members of senior and executive leadership, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party partners, including vendors and contractors
• Assign and monitor team sprints to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables; anticipate risks and roadblocks, proposing solutions before they impact project delivery
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan; and
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to consistently lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy, and joy
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and facilitate alignment across competing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in developing, using, and maintaining project dashboards and software such as Asana, Project, Jira or similar
• Detail-oriented, initiative-taker with strong attention to deadlines and compliance guidelines
• Skilled in predictive and agile methodologies
• Experience adhering to brand guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a proactive communicator
• Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Strict attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field required
• Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience with a proven track record in effective execution of project plans
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master required
• Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet required
• Experience in the education industry preferred
• Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace products, and Asana preferred
