Customer Success Manager - Dammam

MoonTech is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own and grow performance and influencer marketing accounts. The role focuses on optimizing campaign results, strengthening client relationships and retention, and translating client needs and performance insights into product and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Own performance-driven accounts: manage performance and influencer marketing accounts focused on ROAS and commercial outcomes
• Build strategic relationships: develop strong client relationships and align account strategies with business goals
• Drive optimization: improve campaign performance, ROAS, and account efficiency
• Lead retention and growth: develop growth plans, improve retention, and identify upselling opportunities
• Translate client needs into solutions: partner with Product to turn client requirements into actionable inputs
• Drive cross-functional alignment: coordinate with BI, Operations, Finance, Influencer, and Product
• Improve workflows: identify process gaps and proactively drive improvements
• Analyze performance: interpret dashboards, campaign data, and key performance metrics
• Identify opportunities: spot performance gaps and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Own execution end-to-end: take accountability for account performance and client satisfaction
• Operate independently: manage priorities, solve problems, and deliver results with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of total experience, including 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success
• Experience managing performance-based accounts in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or similar environments
• A background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate, or agency + product environments
• Experience with SaaS or tech platforms and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with minimal supervision
