Vice President, International Growth and Market Expansion

OrynteX is seeking a Vice President to lead international growth and market expansion. The role develops global growth strategies, identifies and evaluates new markets, leads market entry planning and business development, and works with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to advance international expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international growth strategies aligned with the companys long term business objectives
• Identify emerging markets and assess opportunities for geographic and commercial expansion
• Evaluate regional market conditions industry developments and competitive positioning to support strategic decisions
• Develop market entry plans for new geographic regions and customer segments
• Assess market potential local business environments and growth opportunities
• Establish strategies that strengthen the companys presence in existing markets while supporting entry into new markets
• Identify new commercial opportunities that support international growth
• Build relationships with potential business partners and key industry stakeholders
• Develop collaborative initiatives that expand market reach and support long term business development
• Establish international growth priorities and translate corporate objectives into actionable business plans
• Evaluate potential expansion initiatives and recommend strategies that support sustainable development
• Monitor market developments and adjust strategic priorities to reflect changing business conditions
• Work closely with executive leadership to establish global growth objectives and expansion priorities
• Lead cross functional initiatives that support international market development
• Foster a culture focused on strategic thinking innovation and long term business growth

Requirements:

• More than eight years of experience in international business development market expansion global strategy or related leadership roles
• More than twenty years of senior management experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute international growth strategies
• Strong understanding of global markets market entry planning and commercial expansion
• Excellent leadership communication negotiation and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to evaluate market opportunities and develop effective business expansion plans
• Ability to establish international relationships and lead complex strategic initiatives
