Sr. Product Manager (Agile Dev)

Intero Real Estate Services is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve products and capabilities within the HomeServices Technology Platform. The role sets product strategy and roadmaps, leads cross-functional product development, and drives customer and business outcomes through research, analytics, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and strategy for assigned platforms, domains, or customer journeys in alignment with company objectives
• Translate high‑level business goals into a clear, outcome‑driven product roadmap with defined success metrics
• Evaluate tradeoffs and make product decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale, modernize, or optimize platform capabilities
• Lead end‑to‑end product development, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and post‑launch optimization
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; write high‑quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure timely delivery of high‑impact, high‑quality solutions
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies; remove blockers and ensure teams are aligned on goals and outcomes
• Track and analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative data; drive continuous improvement
• Analyze user funnels, experiment with optimizations, and leverage A/B testing to improve conversion and engagement
• Champion the voice of the customer through direct research, stakeholder feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• Lead discovery activities to uncover unmet needs and validate solutions before development
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform product direction
• Apply customer insights to balance near‑term needs with long‑term strategic investments
• Align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations on priorities, timelines, and expectations
• Influence without authority by building trust, articulating clear rationale, and facilitating decision‑
• Partner with vendor and third‑party providers to define requirements, support
• Implementation, and resolve escalations
• Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain clear, concise product documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across teams. Present product insights, performance metrics, and recommendations in a compelling, data‑driven manner
• Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management
• Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism
• Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners
• Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development
• Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital products
• Proven experience running A/B tests, experiments, or data‑driven optimization programs
• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory, etc)
• Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, including presenting to leadership
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
• Deep familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction‑based software preferred
• Experience in prototyping, experimentation frameworks, and evidence‑based decision‑making strongly preferred
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma preferred)
