Marketing Operations Manager

Zywave is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own end-to-end campaign operations and the systems behind its demand generation engine. The role manages marketing technology platforms, lead processes, attribution and performance reporting, and scalable workflows in partnership with sales, product, and RevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Own campaign operations across Marketo, Salesforce, and connected digital channels
• Manage lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and lifecycle stage logic
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign performance benchmarks
• Conduct UAT and troubleshoot issues across integrated platforms
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and RevOps on campaign execution and data integrity
• Improve and document scalable marketing operations processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a comparable systems role
• Comfort working in data - segmentation, campaign reporting, and KPI analysis
• Ability to translate technical detail into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on proficiency with a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience and certifications
