Business Development Partner - Growth & Marketing

Genmark AI is seeking independent Business Development Partners to expand its customer base through relationship-driven business development. Partners will originate and qualify opportunities, introduce prospective customers, facilitate discovery meetings, and collaborate on sales conversations and closing engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through your professional network and independent prospecting
• Introduce Genmark AI to qualified business owners, founders, and marketing decision-makers
• Understand prospective customers' business challenges and growth objectives
• Facilitate qualified discovery meetings and introductions
• Collaborate directly with the Genmark AI founder on sales conversations, proposals, and closing opportunities
• Build long-term relationships that create additional business opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, consultative sales, partnerships, or professional services
• Existing relationships with business owners, executives, founders, or marketing leaders
• Ability to independently originate and qualify new business opportunities
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
• A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach to developing business
• Experience selling marketing, technology, SaaS, consulting, or recurring-revenue services is a plus
