Sales & Business Development Representative (Commission-Based)

PentaEye is hiring a Sales & Business Development Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for its unified operations platform. The role focuses on lead generation, outreach, sales pipeline management, relationship building, and closing deals with retail, hospitality, and service-based businesses.

Responsibilities:

• The Sales & Business Development Representative (Commission-Based) role is a full-time remote position focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for PentaEye
• Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings, and presenting PentaEye’s value proposition to prospective clients
• The role involves managing a sales pipeline, following up on inbound and outbound opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
• The representative will build relationships with decision-makers in retail, hospitality, and service-based businesses, negotiate terms, and close deals while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Business Development skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening
• Candidates should possess skills in customer relationship management and familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, organize priorities, and consistently achieve measurable targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort interpreting data and translating business needs into solutions
• Prior experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to small and medium businesses is highly beneficial
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred
