Project Manager

ALE Technologies LLC is hiring a Project Manager to deliver home healthcare technology projects on time and within scope. The role plans and coordinates project work, manages resources and risks, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures quality and regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for planning, executing, and delivering home healthcare technology projects on time and within scope
• Day-to-day tasks include defining project requirements, developing project plans and schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring progress against milestones
• The Project Manager will manage resources, track risks and issues, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• This role also involves collaborating with clients to clarify needs, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and driving continuous improvement in project processes

Requirements:

• Ability to manage end-to-end Project Management activities, including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting
• Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and materials
• Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams and locations
• Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance verification for project deliverables
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PM software)
• Experience in the healthcare or home healthcare industry is preferred
