We're Hiring: Agiloft Developer Lead
Location: Alameda, CA – Onsite or Hybrid (4 days/week onsite) OR Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (Priority) / C2C
Experience: 7–15 years of overall IT experience
Mandatory Skills
3+ years of hands-on development experience with Agiloft CLM
3+ years of Agiloft configuration experience, including Tables, Fields, Forms, and Knowledge Bases
Key Technical Skills
Agiloft configuration, workflow design, business rules, and automation
JavaScript / Agiloft scripting
REST APIs, SOAP, and enterprise application integrations
SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): drafting, approvals, and renewals
Workflow troubleshooting, performance tuning, and role-based access control
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Agiloft CLM solutions.
Build automated workflows, approval processes, notifications, and escalation rules.
Integrate Agiloft with enterprise applications such as SAP and Salesforce.
Customize forms, user interfaces, and reports.
Troubleshoot integrations and optimize workflow performance.
Collaborate with business, legal, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.
