Associate - Business Analyst

Synerga Partners is hiring an Associate Business Analyst for an early-career program supporting financial analysis, data analysis, and controls and automation. The role contributes to process optimization, financial modeling, client data analysis, business innovation, competitive analysis, and the use of AI and automation to improve business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives across process optimization, financial modeling, and client data analysis
• Build your portfolio through business innovation challenges and competitive analysis projects
• Use AI and automation to turn data into insights and streamline how the business runs

Requirements:

• Available to start July 2027 alongside your cohort
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, or related field
• Typically 3.0+ GPA (exceptional candidates with strong leadership encouraged to apply)
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, business projects, or campus involvement
• Strong problem-solver who thrives in business ambiguity and complex operational challenges
• Strong communicator who can influence at all levels and present to executive stakeholders
• Genuine curiosity about fintech, stock market, and financial markets
• Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
