Technical Project Manager

Connixt is hiring a Technical Project Manager to manage project execution, customer requirements, and implementation activities. The role also supports customers through training and ticket resolution and contributes to product configuration, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of L1, L2 tickets
• Provide customer training and user manual
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with product capabilities
• Manage daily project activities, track progress, and drive teams toward key milestones
• Keep track of feedback / corrections during testing process
• Perform necessary product configurations for project implementation
• Perform bug fixes and troubleshooting within the product

Requirements:

• Experience Level:  5 Years (4 Years coding and 1-year Sr. Software Engineer / TPM role)
• Experience working with ERP / EAM Systems and integration is a MUST
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, ASP.Net, and C#.NET is a MUST
• Strong experience working with Web Services, XML, and relational databases is a MUST
• Ability to work with SQL Server and writing SQL Queries, View and Stored Procedures is a MUST
• Hands on coding experience as .Net full stack developer for at least 4 years
• Minimum 3 years as .Net full stack developer and 2 years of technical project management experience
• Proven understanding of technical project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, ASP.Net, MVP and C#.NET is a MUST (.Net Full Stack Developer)
• Experience with tools like Postman for WEB Services testing
• Exceptional time and priority management for both self and team members
• Strong accountability, decision-making skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science (preferred) or a related field
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Knockout.js
