AI Applied Engineer

Elevation Capital is building an AI-first operating layer across its business to reduce manual work and increase operational speed. The Applied AI Engineer will design, build, deploy, and iterate on production AI tools, applications, and systems, working directly with the founding team to automate workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered internal tools from concept to production
• Develop LLM-driven workflows for interview intelligence, summarization, and decision support
• Build and ship cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Develop backend systems and APIs to support AI workflows and real-time data processing
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines and integrate vector-based retrieval systems
• Develop voice agents and real-time AI interfaces where applicable
• Identify manual workflows across teams and replace them with scalable automation
• Own projects end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, and iteration
