Sales Account Executive - ISV/VARS

Vault CPS is hiring a Sales Account Executive to grow its business by developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships. The role owns the full sales cycle, presents the company’s solutions, and meets activity and revenue goals while selling in the fintech and payments ecosystem through VARs and ISVs.

Responsibilities:

• Hunt for new business: prospect, cold call, and open doors that turn into real opportunities
• Build lasting relationships with business owners, stakeholders, and C-level decision-makers
• Present Vault's solutions with confidence, accuracy, and insight
• Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed deal
• Hit and beat your monthly activity and revenue goals
• Keep your pipeline sharp in CRM, tracking client engagement and forecasting performance

Requirements:

• hands-on sales experience in financial technology, with the fluency to speak credibly with clients and partners
• a strong working knowledge of how payment processing works and how the players across the ecosystem fit together
• a proven track record selling to and through value-added resellers and independent software vendors, ideally with relationships you can bring to the table
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• A track record of winning in outside sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• The self-motivation to drive results and the confidence to work independently
