Customer Success Manager

Pivotal Partners is recruiting for an unnamed technology company building data infrastructure for the wealth management industry. The Customer Success Manager will own key client relationships, lead implementations, drive product adoption and customer outcomes, and support retention and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through to launch, coordinating internal teams and keeping projects on track
• Drive product adoption, ensuring customers achieve the business outcomes they signed up for
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, from day-to-day users to executive sponsors
• Develop a deep understanding of the platform and each client’s workflows, advising on the best solutions
• Own account health, identifying risks and opportunities ahead of renewals and expansions
• Share customer feedback and recurring product challenges with Product and Engineering to influence improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in client-facing post-sale roles within B2B technology, including 5+ years owning enterprise relationships
• Proven experience managing complex, high-value accounts with multiple stakeholders and implementation phases
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup, ideally Series B or earlier
• Experience with technical products involving data integration, APIs, workflow automation or connecting multiple systems
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive accountability
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to understand customer goals, identify risks and support retention and growth
