Sales Development Representative

Ruxia is hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify prospective customers for its field management platform. The role focuses on account research, lead generation and outreach, scheduling discovery meetings, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with sales and marketing to improve messaging and create opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Researching target accounts
• Generating and following up on leads
• Conducting outbound calls and emails
• Engaging prospects through multiple channels
• Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Understanding customer pain points in field sales operations
• Clearly communicating Ruxia’s value proposition
• Meeting or exceeding activity and opportunity creation targets

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales for engaging prospects, managing pipelines, and supporting the closing process
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development for identifying new opportunities, researching target markets, and nurturing early-stage relationships
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, professional outreach via phone, email, and online meetings, as well as active listening and objection handling
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across functions
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic sales analytics is beneficial
• Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions, especially to field or distributed sales teams, is a plus
• Relevant education or practical experience in sales, marketing, or business-related fields is preferred
