Machine Learning Engineer

Wyser is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to ready and support AI models from inception through production. The role develops, deploys and supports AI models across the lifecycle, including LLM pipelines, hybrid RAG systems, third-party AI integrations and evaluation loops, in collaboration with product, engineering and data science.

Responsibilities:

• We require someone to develop, deploy and support AI models in all parts of the AI life cycle:
• Design, implement and improve LLM application pipelines for speech-to-text, structured summarisation / information extraction, document classification and retrieval-augmented generation
• Build and tune hybrid RAG systems over documents and transcripts
• Integrate and operate third-party AI services, including Google’s Gemini Agent Enterprise Platform (Gemini), speech providers (e.g. AssemblyAI, ElevenLabs, DeepGram), Azure Document Intelligence and embedding models, with multi-tenant configuration
• Own evaluation and quality loops: regression test matrices, STT benchmarking (WER/CER), feedback triage, prompt / schema iteration, and release gates for accuracy-sensitive features
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data science to turn domain requirements into robust ML behaviour
