Growth Marketer, Content & Social

Pomo is building an AI marketing team for businesses. The Growth Marketer, Content & Social will shape Pomo’s voice, create and distribute original content, grow its social presence, and convert attention into qualified interest and customers. The role also runs paid campaigns and growth experiments to amplify effective content.

Responsibilities:

• Own content creation and organic social, from ideas through publishing and distribution
• Create engaging posts, short-form videos, product demos, and founder and customer stories
• Test hooks, trends, and repeatable formats to create shareable content with viral potential
• Grow engaged audiences across our priority social channels
• Help the founders build a consistent content presence
• Experiment with creators, collaborations, and communities to expand our reach
• Run and optimize paid campaigns to support acquisition and amplify successful content
• Track engagement, traffic, signups, qualified leads, and customers to understand what works

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in content, social media, or growth marketing
• Examples of content you created that earned strong organic reach or helped grow an audience or business
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a strong instinct for hooks and platform-specific content
• Hands-on ability to create and edit short-form video and simple visuals
• An understanding of how to distribute content and build an audience over time
• Comfort with performance data
• A self-directed approach and the ability to take an idea from a rough brief to a published piece
• Interest in AI, startups, and the challenges business owners and marketers face
