Project Manager – Showroom Openings

7th Avenue is hiring a Project Manager to support the expansion and ongoing operations of its showrooms across North America. The role manages showroom openings from planning through handoff, supports existing locations, and improves operational efficiency through vendor coordination, data, and process management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for showroom openings—from planning and procurement to on-site execution and final handoff
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely buildouts
• Act as the go-to problem solver for maintenance or operational issues at current showrooms, ensuring minimal disruption to sales teams
• Conduct site visits to audit progress, uphold brand standards, and maintain quality control across locations
• Track and maintain SOPs, vendor/contractor performance, and showroom KPIs
• Analyze processes and identify cost-saving strategies and scalable solutions to improve overall efficiency
• Review and manage contractor reimbursements, vendor receipts, and supply purchasing
• Assist the Manager with large-scale strategic projects, while independently owning smaller initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or retail development
• Proven track record of managing complex timelines and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay proactive with remote work
• A problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset—anticipating needs and acting ahead of time
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
