Senior Product Manager, Conversion and Search

Net32 is hiring a Senior Product Manager to improve conversion and profitable growth across its dental supply marketplace. The role owns product search, Buy Box, recommendations, site tagging, data capture, and the experimentation program, using analytics and cross-functional collaboration to increase revenue per visit, conversion, and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with analytics and engineering on a full site tagging audit & implementation to close instrumentation gaps and improve visibility into conversion drivers
• Define a consistent data capture strategy for core marketplace functions
• Support tech modernization efforts aligned with Net32’s engineering roadmap
• Own the Product Search roadmap, improving relevance and ranking via Algolia to boost findability and purchase confidence with support from the Algolia administrator
• Lead Buy Box optimization so the most conversion-oriented offer wins on price, availability, fulfillment speed, and trust signals
• Drive Product Recommendations to improve cross-sell and up-sell through data-driven placements across the customer journey
• Impact key metrics: Revenue per visit (RPV), conversion rate, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
• A/B and multivariate testing program development — Own the Net32 testing program, ensuring compliance with test design and measurement best practices
• Experimentation roadmap and prioritization — Collaborate with the full product management team to build a pipeline of A/B tests across the funnel based on expected impact and traffic/effort tradeoffs and managing the test schedule
• Funnel analytics and diagnosis — Instrument and monitor conversion funnels to find drop-off points, segmenting by device, channel, and customer type to identify where revenue is being left on the table
• Test design and statistical rigor — Define hypotheses, success metrics, and sample size/duration requirements to ensure results are statistically valid before rolling out changes
• Revenue impact reporting — Tie test outcomes back to revenue, AOV, conversion rate and communicate business impact for the CRO program on a regular cadence
• Partner with your Marketplace Optimization Pod (Growth Analyst, Dev Manager, and Sr. Full Stack Engineer) to execute the roadmap
• Align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, merchandising and marketing) on test evaluation and rollout, since CRO work touches UI, pricing, merchandising, and site performance simultaneously
• Influence product management peers in how they can improve their areas of the site experience and advocate for optimizations to be prioritized in individual roadmaps
• Provide visibility into roadmap progress, test results, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in an e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer web environment
• Demonstrated ownership of search, recommendations, or conversion-focused product areas — ideally including Buy Box mechanics, search relevance tuning, or similar
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks; ability to design, run, and interpret tests independently
• Strong data literacy — comfortable working in tools such as Snowflake, Google Analytics, or similar; able to define instrumentation requirements and work with analysts to build measurement infrastructure
• Track record of driving measurable conversion or revenue improvements in a data-first environment
• Experience working within a cross-functional pod/squad model alongside engineers and data analysts
• Deeply analytical and comfortable turning ambiguous data into clear product hypotheses and prioritized roadmaps
• Bias for action — able to move quickly without sacrificing rigor
• Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into business impact for nontechnical stakeholders
• Collaborative team player who can also operate independently and set direction for the team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where this team is being built from the ground up
• Experience with Algolia or other search-as-a-service platforms
• Familiarity with CRO methodologies, tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and best practices for funnel analysis
• Background in B2B marketplaces or healthcare/dental industry a plus but not required
• Experience with web analytics tagging (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Segment) and data capture strategy
