Senior Project Manager, Marketing PMO

Intapp is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Marketing PMO. The role leads complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives and strengthens project governance, processes, execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Own high-visibility, cross-functional marketing initiatives, translating business objectives into clear scope, plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and timelines. Manage scope and changes throughout the project lifecycle and apply the appropriate level of project management rigor based on the complexity and needs of the initiative
• Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, facilitate working sessions and project meetings, identify next steps, manage risks and issues, resolve blockers, and keep teams moving toward outcomes. Independently address issues where appropriate and escalate material risks or decisions to the Director, Marketing PMO with clear context, options, and recommendations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Communications, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive accountability without direct authority. Work closely with other PMs to create consistency and share effective practices across the team
• Help develop and mature project management methodology, governance, templates, documentation, and standards. Identify gaps and inefficiencies, implement practical improvements, and use lessons learned to continuously improve how projects are planned and delivered
• Manage projects in Asana and other PM tools, maintain accurate project plans, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and status, and provide clear, actionable reporting. Ensure project outcomes, decisions, and lessons learned are captured to build institutional knowledge and support a consistent, scalable PMO

Requirements:

• Strong project management fundamentals and demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• A track record of taking ownership, anticipating next steps, solving problems, managing scope and change, and driving projects forward rather than simply tracking activity
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and create accountability across teams and work effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience creating structure in ambiguous or evolving environments and improving project management processes, methodologies, governance, and ways of working
• Experience in a marketing, creative, agency, technology, professional services, SaaS, or similarly complex environment, along with familiarity with Asana or comparable project management tools
