Senior Product Marketing Manager

Modern Health is a mental health benefits platform for employers. The Senior Product Marketing Manager shapes product positioning and go-to-market strategy, develops campaigns and sales enablement, and aligns cross-functional teams to drive awareness, adoption, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Use customer, market, and competitive insight to inform how we position Modern Health, then turn our clinical differentiation, platform capabilities, and customer proof into clear, audience-specific narratives and practical messaging teams can use across the buyer and member journey
• Develop and deliver go-to-market plans for product launches, feature enhancements, positioning updates, and other initiatives—aligning teams on readiness, milestones, communications, enablement, assets, and success measures, then using performance and field feedback to refine the approach
• Partner with Demand Generation, Brand, Content, Events, and Client Marketing to develop integrated campaigns with a clear audience, message, channel plan, and desired action; use results and feedback to improve them
• Create and refresh sales enablement and competitive tools—including pitch content, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling, and RFP support—and deliver enablement that helps teams communicate our value with confidence
• Work with Product, Sales, Client Management, Partnerships, Clinical, Marketing, and leadership to bring customer and field insight into decisions, align priorities, make tradeoffs explicit, and keep the highest-impact work moving

Requirements:

• You bring progressive product marketing experience, demonstrated by increasing scope and ownership, in mental health, healthcare, or employee benefits
• You're an expert in your craft and a hands-on doer across core PMM work: positioning, messaging, exceptional writing, go-to-market execution, campaigns, and sales enablement
• You make complex products and ideas clear and compelling, and you can move from strategy and a strong brief to the details of assets, plans, and follow-through
• You're an organized, thoughtful operator who can lead work across teams, influence without authority, balance multiple priorities, and use judgment to keep the most important work moving
• You're AI-savvy and use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, sharpen messaging, and improve marketing workflows, while applying sound judgment to validate outputs and know where human review matters
• Applicants must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship or employer-provided training plans or attestations (including, for example, the Form I-983 required for STEM OPT)
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
