Talent Sourcing Specialist - Engineering & Construction

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist for a confidential client in the engineering and technical services industry. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates across AEC, environmental, infrastructure, and corporate disciplines, building talent pipelines, and supporting priority hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage qualified candidates for engineering, construction, environmental, infrastructure, and corporate positions
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques to identify talent
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support priority hiring needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within ATS/CRM systems
• Track sourcing activity, candidate submissions, and interview results

Requirements:

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and collaborate with recruiters in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience preferred
• Experience sourcing candidates within architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), environmental, infrastructure, or related technical fields strongly preferred
