Customer Service Representative

Encore Medical LP (Enovis) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide customer support and general business assistance as part of its remote customer service and sales support team. The role handles customer inquiries, product and order processing, returns, complaint documentation, and inventory and billing requests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries from internal and external customers and provide exceptional support by email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
• Explain products and services clearly and effectively to customers
• Process product returns, exchanges, and recall paperwork
• Collect necessary information and documentation for product complaints
• Use the ERP system to process orders for billing and restocking
• Handle credit rebills and facilitate inventory transfer requests
• Adhere to the monthly closing schedule

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales operations, and/or logistics
• Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Customer-focused, action-oriented approach
• Integrity, trustworthiness, and a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
