Project Manager, Experiential

Mettle is hiring a Project Manager to coordinate live experiences, starting with a national activation program spanning multiple events and markets. The role manages planning, vendors, budgets, stakeholders, event delivery, and close-out, while supporting projects and scalable systems across the studio.

Responsibilities:

• Intake and planning: Turn each new event into a clear plan with scope, timeline, owners, and dependencies, and lock venue requirements early, including logistics and COIs
• Vendors and budgets: Source, contract, and manage vendors in each market, then track orders, shipments, and spend against budget so nothing slips
• Stakeholder management: Run pre-production calls with clients, venues, and on-site teams, close open items, and keep everyone working from one source of truth
• Delivery and close-out: Equip on-site leads with run sheets and escalation paths, support them through event day, and then reconcile invoices and close out the budget
• Across Mettle: Manage projects across the studio's work, and help build the playbooks, templates, and systems that let us scale

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management, with hands-on experience in events, experiential, or live production
• A problem-solving attitude and comfort working directly with clients
• A track record of running many projects in parallel across locations and time zones
• Strong command of timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts
• Calm, clear communication when plans change
• Familiarity with COIs, venue requirements, and shipping logistics
• Experience with touring or multi-market programs is a plus
