Automation Engineer

Jellop is seeking an Automation Engineer to operate, maintain, and improve automated systems supporting its advertising operations. The role involves onboarding projects, configuring and monitoring campaigns and integrations, troubleshooting workflows, and helping improve internal tools and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and launch advertising campaigns using our internal automation tools and integrations with platforms such as Meta, Google, and Reddit
• Onboard new projects and integrate them into our campaign management and optimization systems
• Ensure accurate configuration of campaigns, tracking systems, integrations, and analytics dashboards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and operational requirements
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot automated workflows and advertising platform integrations
• Proactively identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential issues before they impact campaign performance
• Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency
• Assist with deploying, testing, and improving new internal tools and AI-powered automation systems
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to troubleshoot technical and operational issues

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and operate complex software systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge, with the ability to read and understand code
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application to automation and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
