Executive Sales Representative

Powerhouse Financial Group, backed by Integrity Marketing Group, is seeking motivated individuals to build a professional sales career in the financial services industry. The role involves meeting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and recommending life insurance solutions while developing long-term client relationships through training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through consistent follow-up
• Educate individuals and families about life insurance products and financial protection strategies
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's goals and needs
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices
• Obtain and maintain the required state life insurance license if not currently licensed

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Currently residing in the United States
• Able to obtain and maintain a resident state Life Insurance License, or currently licensed
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Interested in sales, business, finance, customer service, or entrepreneurship
