The Technical Project Manager III leads complex Regional Campus IT initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners while driving strategic outcomes, managing risks, and supporting secure, high-quality technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• • Scope and Complexity: Lead complex projects with budgets up to $500K, managing high-priority tasks and cross-functional teams for significant organizational impact
• • Strategic Decision Making and Planning: Exercise authority in planning, execution, and resource management, collaborating with leadership to translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans focused on achieving strategic outcomes
• • Analysis: Translate business processes into technical solutions, leading analysts in requirement gathering and traceability
• • Stakeholder Interaction and Communication: Engage with senior leadership and external partners to align objectives with organizational goals
• • Project Leadership: Direct project teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
• • Quality and Risk Management: Implement quality assurance best practices and strategies for process optimization while expertly identifying, analyzing, and managing risks to ensure project success
• • Vendor Management: Lead vendor selection and implementation for medium to large projects
