Principal Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (Spanish-Speaking)

Atlassian is a global team collaboration company focused on helping teams work more effectively through cloud and artificial intelligence solutions. The Principal Solutions Engineer will support enterprise customers across LATAM by leading Spanish-language technical engagements, uncovering business needs, architecting solutions, and demonstrating Atlassian’s AI-powered platform. The role also partners with sales teams, channel partners, and product management to drive complex enterprise opportunities and provide market feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with account teams and channel partners to manage Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts across LATAM, optimizing the customer profile, roadmaps, and solution success
• Spanish-Language Expertise: Lead all technical engagements, discovery sessions, and value-based demonstrations in Spanish, ensuring a deep cultural and linguistic connection with our LATAM customers
• AI & Platform Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert on Atlassian’s AI capabilities (Rovo) and the Teamwork Graph, showing customers how actionable AI can transform their workflows and business outcomes
• Value Discovery: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to understand complex pain points and map them back to Atlassian’s platform and "System of Work" vision
• Solution Architecture: Lead compelling, customized demonstrations that flex across stakeholder needs – from deep technical product dives to high-level vision pitches for C-suite executives
• Cross-Functional Influence: Proactively forge strong partnerships with Account Executives to improve the selling cycle and provide bi-directional feedback to Product Management regarding regional market needs and competitive intelligence
• Continuous Innovation: Participate in Atlassian rituals like ShipIt and AI School to stay at the cutting edge of technology, ensuring your career grows alongside the evolution of AI

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales/solutions engineering capacity, specifically handling complex, high-stakes deals
• Native fluency in Spanish and English is required to support the LATAM market and internal global collaboration
• You are equally comfortable in a business and technical context, able to interpret complex business problems and boil them down into technical solutions that deliver value
• You have a passion for AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to articulate the value of human-AI collaboration to customers
• A proven track record of building executive relationships and rallying internal teams to collaborate across the company to meet customer needs
