Senior Marketing Manager

Ampd Energy is transforming construction through clean, connected battery energy storage systems that replace diesel generators. The Senior Marketing Manager will build the global brand, engage strategic accounts, generate demand, and support commercial growth through account-based marketing, digital marketing, content, marketing technology, and AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global marketing programs aligned with Ampd's commercial strategy and growth priorities
• Build and execute Account-Based Marketing programs targeting Ampd's highest-priority customers, prospects and strategic accounts
• Partner closely with regional Sales teams to develop demand-generation programs that create qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline
• Develop campaigns supporting new products, applications, geographic markets and strategic commercial initiatives
• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that improve marketing and commercial effectiveness, speed and scalability
• Apply AI to market research, account intelligence, competitive monitoring, content development, personalization, lead qualification, campaign optimization and sales enablement
• Identify manual and repetitive Marketing and Commercial activities that can be improved or automated through AI
• Connect HubSpot, marketing platforms, data sources and AI tools to create scalable marketing workflows
• Own and continuously improve Ampd's digital presence, including website performance, SEO/SEM, AI-search visibility, digital campaigns and social channels
• Build a scalable content engine supporting customer education, thought leadership, demand generation and sales conversion
• Develop high-quality sales enablement materials including presentations, playbooks, case studies, application content and competitive positioning
• Translate Ampd's technical capabilities and customer applications into clear, compelling commercial value propositions
• Develop a structured approach to market and competitive intelligence and use AI-enabled tools to identify market trends, customer opportunities and competitive activity
• Work closely with Sales Operations to improve HubSpot utilization, lead management, marketing attribution and visibility across the customer journey
• Measure marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, strategic account engagement, conversion, campaign performance and ROI
• Use data and customer insights to continuously improve marketing strategy, investment and execution
• Maintain a consistent global Ampd brand while enabling effective regional execution
• Work collaboratively across Commercial, Application Engineering, Product and other functions to support Ampd's continued global growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
• Demonstrated success developing and executing Account-Based Marketing and demand-generation programs
• Strong understanding of complex, high-value B2B sales cycles and how Marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue growth
• Strong digital marketing experience, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, social media and analytics
• Experience developing sales enablement, thought leadership and customer-facing content for technical products or solutions
• Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Hands-on professional experience applying generative AI within marketing or commercial environments
• Demonstrated experience building or implementing AI agents, automated workflows or multi-step AI-enabled processes
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve marketing productivity, customer engagement and commercial effectiveness
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance, pipeline contribution, conversion and ROI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling commercial messaging
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment
• preferably within energy, clean technology, industrial technology, construction equipment, manufacturing or another complex technical industry
• HubSpot experience is strongly preferred
• Experience working across multiple geographic markets or supporting global growth is preferred
