Product Manager, Developer Platform

DBByte is a modern data infrastructure platform providing object storage and global content delivery for fast, resilient applications. The Product Manager, Developer Platform, defines and delivers platform capabilities that help developers build, deploy, and scale applications, while managing the roadmap and collaborating across engineering, design, and operations. The role also focuses on developer experience across APIs, SDKs, and tools, product performance analysis, launches, and platform strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and delivering platform capabilities that enable developers to build, deploy, and scale applications on DBByte
• Gathers and prioritizes requirements from internal and external developer stakeholders, maintains the product roadmap, and collaborates closely with engineering, design, and operations to ship features and improvements
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback, translate technical concepts into clear product narratives, and ensure strong documentation and developer experience across APIs, SDKs, and tools
• Coordinating launches, aligning platform strategy with business objectives, and advocating for developer-centric solutions that improve reliability, usability, and performance

Requirements:

• Product management skills in developer platforms or infrastructure products, including roadmap ownership, requirements definition, and feature prioritization
• Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, storage systems, or content delivery networks, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience working with or supporting software developers, including familiarity with modern development workflows, CI/CD, and tooling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and measure impact
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating product specifications, documentation, and stakeholder updates
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional alignment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or platform products is highly beneficial
