(Entry Level) Customer Service Agent - Remote

American Income Life Insurance Company is expanding its remote team to support families with supplemental benefits. The Customer Service Agent will assist members with coverage and benefit programs, support enrollment, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with team members to provide a positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to provide information about available products and coverage options
