Product Designer

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Product Designer to help define the UI/UX for an internal AI chat-based knowledge retrieval tool. The role will create and refine wireframes and interfaces, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and design intuitive workflows for AI-driven knowledge retrieval.

Responsibilities:

• Create initial wireframes and UI concepts for the AI-powered tool
• Take existing AI-generated design concepts and refine them into a more polished, user-friendly experience
• Work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and business/operations users
• Help define how users interact with the AI chat experience and retrieve knowledge/information
• Translate business requirements into intuitive workflows and interfaces
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback

Requirements:

• US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
• Strong Product Designer / UX Designer background
• Experience designing web-based enterprise applications or internal tools
• Strong wireframing and UI/UX skills
