Profluent is a frontier AI lab focused on building foundation models for biology and protein design. The Machine Learning Research Engineer will build, optimize, and deploy large-scale generative models and the supporting ML infrastructure, including scalable data pipelines, model training and inference systems, and production tooling. The role partners with ML and protein design scientists to prototype research ideas and bring them into production.
