Application Software Developer

Auxilior Capital Partners, Inc. provides supply chain financial logistics programs and is seeking an Application Software Developer. The role develops and supports business applications, AI-powered solutions, integrations, and automation using modern web technologies, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and generative AI. The developer will also optimize business processes, enable data-driven initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern web technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, and SQL. Build reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that support business operations and growth
• Design, implement, and maintain AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Microsoft Copilot technologies, Azure AI services, and other Generative AI platforms to improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experiences
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), APIs, and AI-driven automation capabilities to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency
• Provide ongoing support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure reliable performance of both legacy and modern systems
• Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, data platforms, and business systems to improve data flow and operational effectiveness
• Support data-driven initiatives by developing solutions that leverage structured and unstructured data, business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, and AI-based insights
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions using modern development and AI technologies
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and company strategy
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, software development practices, and industry best practices to continuously improve business applications and development processes
