Vice-President of Project Management

TotalEnergies ADNOC Marketing (TEAM) is a joint venture supporting innovation and growth in Egypt’s energy sector across retail, aviation fueling, lubricants sales, and general trade. The Vice-President of Project Management oversees complex, cross-functional projects, aligning scopes, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables with strategic objectives while ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role also guides project teams, manages risks, reports to senior leadership, and drives continuous improvement in project management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing complex, cross-functional projects across TEAM’s business lines
• Leads project and program management activities, including defining scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and aligning them with strategic objectives
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Guiding project teams, monitoring performance metrics, managing risks, and resolving issues to maintain project momentum
• Collaborating with senior leadership, preparing executive reports, and driving continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to lead multiple initiatives and align them with organizational strategy
• Candidates should possess solid Project Planning and Budgeting skills to develop realistic plans, allocate resources, and manage financial performance
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project risks, support decision-making, and optimize outcomes
• Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to executive-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required
• Extensive experience in large-scale, cross-functional projects within energy, infrastructure, or related sectors is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, MS Project) and professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous
• a Master's degree (MBA or similar) is preferred
