Business Analyst

Piper Companies is a technology-focused organization seeking a Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives. The role gathers and documents requirements, analyzes workflows, facilitates stakeholder sessions, and supports testing, implementation, and change management in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, document requirements, and define project objectives
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical teams
• Create business process documentation, functional specifications, and project-related reports
• Support project delivery by assisting with testing, implementation efforts, and change management activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting business or technology initiatives
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
• Proficiency with data analysis, process mapping, and project documentation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
