Product Manager (equity-based compensation up to 6 months)

Alpha Hub is building an AI-powered platform for private capital markets. The Product Manager will own the definition and evolution of the core SaaS platform, translating user needs and business goals into precise requirements, workflows, priorities, and measurable outcomes. The role partners with research, design, engineering, and leadership to support scalable product delivery and iteration.

Responsibilities:

• Own product definition, priorities, workflows, and expected outcomes for Alpha Hub's core platform
• Create build-ready PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirements
• Translate complex private-capital workflows into modular, scalable product components
• Partner with engineering to resolve edge cases, assess feasibility, and support delivery
• Define feature success measures and use data and feedback to guide iteration

Requirements:

• Five or more years of product management experience with SaaS or platform products
• Strong experience writing technical requirements and partnering closely with engineering teams
• Ability to define user flows, system behavior, APIs, data structures, and failure scenarios
• Exceptional written communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Experience in fintech, private-capital markets, investment platforms, or financial workflows
• Familiarity with analytics tools, APIs, and AI or machine-learning product features
