Project Manager - Development & Programming

Victoria's Victory Foundation is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and advance its Development and Programs work. The role manages fundraising, scholarship, resource navigation, cross-functional projects, communications, documentation, deadlines, and follow-up from planning through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective donors, foundations, corporations, sponsors, and other funding opportunities
• Maintain development prospect lists, pipelines, calendars, and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate foundation and corporate outreach and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist with grant prospect research, application preparation, supporting materials, deadlines, and reporting
• Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and track outreach from initial contact through completion
• Support donor communications, acknowledgments, stewardship, and recordkeeping
• Help coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and development initiatives
• Track action items and next steps resulting from donor and development meetings
• Ensure development projects remain on schedule and outstanding items are followed through to completion
• Assist with gathering program information, data, stories, and impact metrics needed for proposals, reports, and donor communications
• Help identify opportunities to improve development systems, processes, and workflow
• Coordinate administrative processes related to the Victory Scholarship and Resource Navigation programs
• Prepare, track, and manage scholarship contracts and related documentation
• Coordinate scholarship fulfillment and communication among recipients, vendors, service providers, and partners
• Track scholarship-related deadlines, outstanding documentation, payments, and follow-up
• Maintain program calendars and project timelines
• Support Resource Navigation projects and initiatives, helping ensure requests and follow-up activities move forward appropriately
• Assist with program data collection, organization, reporting, and impact tracking
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation
• Coordinate information needed for grant reporting, donor communications, and organizational impact reporting
• Help identify opportunities to improve program workflows, systems, and the participant experience
• Support implementation and coordination of new program initiatives and partnerships
• Help ensure that program commitments are followed through from initiation to completion
• The Project Manager will help VVF keep organizational priorities moving across departments and will serve as a connector between programs, development, leadership, vendors, and external partners

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. resident and located in the U.S. to apply
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, nonprofit development, program administration, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Comfortable communicating with donors, funders, vendors, program participants, and professional partners
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn and manage multiple technology platforms
• Professional telephone and email communication skills
• Nonprofit, healthcare, fundraising, or cause-related experience is a plus
• Experience with project management, CRM, grant management, or nonprofit technology platforms is a plus
