ASD Analytics Engineer (Data / SQL)

KPI Solutions is a national supply chain consulting and warehouse automation systems integrator. The company is hiring an Analytics Engineer to support consulting engagements and pre-sales solutions integration by executing data engineering, analytics, reporting, and visualization work. The role transforms raw customer data into actionable insights and improves data team tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with consulting and solutions project leaders to support project-level data analysis needs
• Execute ETL processes on various customer data sets
• Perform both standardized and ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
• Produce data visualizations using software such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel to clearly convey important data insights
• Consistently refine and improve the tools and processes utilized by yourself and others on the data team

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal individuals and teams as well as external stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science in a professional setting, or formal education in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
• Strong with SQL (data modeling, ad hoc querying, query performance)
• Experience working with analytical tools such as Alteryx, dbt, or Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with, Python, R, or other programming languages
• Understanding warehouse distribution, logistics, and processes
• Tableau (publishing curated datasets, dashboard performance basics)
• Hands-on experience working with Databricks
• Experience in warehouse automation/intralogistics (AMRs, AutoStore, shuttle, sortation, WES/WCS)
