Healthcare Reimbursement Business Intelligence Analyst

The Healthcare Reimbursement Business Intelligence Analyst will transform healthcare reimbursement data into accurate, actionable insights by developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions, while partnering with business and clinical teams to define requirements and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights
• Analyzes, designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents, and maintains reporting assets
• Utilizes appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and information by making use of basic BI reporting tools
• Works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements
• Works with Sr. and Lead Analysts to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency
• Supports processes and quality improvement activities
• Participates in Agile ceremonies determining the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified, working across teams to communicate development dependencies to accomplish final solution
• Performs job-related duties in conformance with DS standards. Coaches less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts
• Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a systemic business need

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with healthcare provider and/or payer data
• Experience working with Epic Clarity
• Experience working with Snowflake
