Founding AI / Data Software Engineer

Connect Growth OS is building a marketing decision intelligence platform that helps CMOs understand revenue drivers, optimize marketing budgets, and determine next actions. The Founding AI / Data Software Engineer will turn the company’s modelling work into a scalable product by building data pipelines, integrations, backend services, APIs, and AI Analyst capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Building data pipelines and integrations
• Connecting platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot and Salesforce
• Developing a common marketing data model
• Productionising Shapley and Markov attribution
• Supporting marginal ROAS and response-curve modelling
• Building backend services and APIs
• Helping develop our AI Analyst
• Improving testing, monitoring, deployment and scalability

• Is comfortable in an early-stage environment

• Is comfortable taking ownership
• Has a genuine interest in practical AI
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar APIs
• RAG
• Tool calling
• Agentic AI workflows
• LLM application development
• Experience with marketing technology, attribution, MMM, Bayesian modelling or optimisation
