Senior Director, Regional Growth Marketing

D2 Asset Management, LP is seeking a Senior Director, Regional Growth Marketing to lead growth initiatives in designated regional markets. The role is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, driving customer and revenue growth, managing acquisition channels and marketing performance, building partnerships, and leading the regional marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional growth marketing strategies and annual marketing plans
• Identify new customers, industries, and business growth opportunities based on regional market characteristics
• Drive customer acquisition, user growth, and market penetration
• Manage channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, event marketing, and brand promotion
• Build and optimize the regional marketing funnel, covering everything from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and customer retention
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and drive the conversion of marketing leads into revenue
• Establish a network of regional partners, industry associations, channel distributors, and strategic alliances
• Manage regional marketing budgets, marketing ROI, and performance metrics
• Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on market data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
• Lead the regional marketing team, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and organizational development
• Collaborate with global marketing and senior leadership to ensure regional strategies align with the company's overall growth objectives
• Regularly report regional market performance, growth opportunities, budget utilization, and future plans to senior management

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, business strategy, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in marketing team management or regional business leadership
• Proven track record in regional market expansion, customer growth, or revenue growth
• Familiarity with growth frameworks such as Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, and GTM strategies
• Strong data analysis skills; ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness using metrics such as CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, ROI, and Pipeline
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, operations, finance, and executive teams
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and team leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment
