GigFinder.ai is hiring a Remote Customer Experience Associate I to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. The role handles inbound calls, resolves customer inquiries and complaints, maintains accurate records, follows compliance and quality standards, and meets performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
• Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Proficient in English
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
