Trident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm that delivers talent across technology, business operations, and professional services. The Learning Specialist will evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of enterprise-wide training programs by developing measurement strategies, analyzing data, creating dashboards, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead training measurement and evaluation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with leaders, program owners, SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to define success measures, KPIs, and evaluation plans
• Conduct job, task, stakeholder, and learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and business needs
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, learning outcomes, behavior change, and business results
• Design and maintain surveys, questionnaires, assessments, and evaluation tools
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and business metrics
• Apply the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate training effectiveness
• Analyze complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate program performance and business impact
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, department leaders, and senior management
• Provide functional guidance to analysts supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Establish and maintain evaluation standards, methodologies, and governance practices across learning programs
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of combined experience in Learning & Development or Training
• Experience in training and development and program evaluation
• Experience developing and implementing evaluation methodologies, including questionnaires, surveys, focus groups, observations, and interviews
• Experience with survey platforms such as Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics
• Hands-on experience using the Kirkpatrick model
• Strong experience analyzing large and complex datasets
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver accurate results
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Experience developing enterprise-wide/company-wide measurement strategies
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
