Analytics Engineering Manager

OnePay is a consumer fintech company providing an all-in-one financial services platform. The Analytics Engineering Manager will lead a team transforming raw data into actionable insights, while driving data infrastructure, governance, quality, and scalable analytics solutions across product, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics engineers responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical models
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to deliver scalable data solutions and reporting
• Establish and champion data best practices, governance, and quality standards across the organization
• Drive the design and optimization of our data analytics infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Oversee analytics project prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• Advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt
• Experience architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines in a modern cloud environment
• Strong understanding of analytics best practices, including data modeling, testing, and documentation
• Track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver data-driven business impact
• Experience leading and developing high-performance technical teams
