Kit + Wordpress Funnel Marketing, Copywriting & Automation Manager for Holistic Veterinarian

Muse Holistic Veterinary Care is a holistic veterinary business focused on helping pet parents understand holistic and integrative approaches to pet health and wellness. The company is seeking an ongoing digital marketing systems manager to organize and optimize Kit, WordPress, email automation, funnels, audience growth, e-commerce, and online course systems. The role will also develop conversion-focused copy, improve subscriber journeys, and identify opportunities for lead generation, sales, and customer nurturing.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing forms, landing pages, tags, segments, custom fields, sequences, broadcasts, and automations
• Identifying outdated, duplicate, broken, or unnecessary assets
• Determining what is still actively connected to my website and funnels
• Making sure subscribers enter the correct sequences
• Checking triggers, conditions, exclusions, tags, and segmentation
• Finding gaps or broken points in the subscriber journey
• Creating a cleaner naming and organizational system
• Safely archiving obsolete assets
• Testing existing and new automations
• Documenting the system so it remains easy to understand
• Building and managing welcome and nurture sequences

Requirements:

• I'm looking for an experienced digital marketing systems manager with deep expertise in Kit (ConvertKit), WordPress, funnels, email automation, segmentation, copywriting, and audience growth
• Advanced hands-on experience with Kit
• You should understand how to use tags, segments, custom fields, forms, quiz results, purchases, and subscriber behavior without creating an unnecessarily complicated backend
• Strong copywriting skills
• You should be comfortable writing:
• Ideally, you understand both the technical journey and the messaging journey: what someone sees, what they click, how they are segmented, what they receive next, and what the next logical offer should be
• Experience with Interact, ScoreApp, Typeform, Outgrow, Thrive Quiz Builder, or similar tools
• Experience with ManyChat or similar tools
• Experience with WooCommerce or another strong WordPress-compatible e-commerce platform
