Associate Customer Success Manager

Fullpath by Cox Automotive is a fast-growing technology company in the automotive space that provides AI-powered, data-driven Customer Data Platform solutions. The Associate Customer Success Manager will support enterprise Customer Success efforts through campaign execution, operational workflow management, client asset and report delivery, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. This remote role is designed for someone building a long-term career in Customer Success with potential growth into a Customer Success Manager role.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Customer Success team with the creation and execution of custom audience lists and campaigns, including digital advertising and email marketing campaigns
• Supporting the development and delivery of client-specific assets and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Creating, customizing, and managing Dynamic Payments offers and other promotional materials as required
• Providing monthly support for co-op submissions
• Creating and managing inbound cases through a queue, ensuring requests are appropriately tracked and resolved
• Providing ongoing operational and task-based support for Fullpath’s Enterprise Customer Success team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client requests and project deliverables are executed efficiently and to a high standard
• Supporting client communication when needed to fulfill assigned tasks and help ensure a positive customer experience
• Supporting strategic initiatives by helping manage project timelines, resources, and communications
• Monitoring and maintaining task workflows, escalating issues when needed and ensuring smooth handoffs within the Customer Success organization
• Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, develop new workflows, and make day-to-day Customer Success operations more efficient
• Taking on additional account or customer support responsibilities as needed, including providing coverage when a CSM is unavailable

Requirements:

• Strong interest in building a career in Customer Success, with an interest in eventually growing into a Customer Success Manager role
• A proactive, curious, and self-directed approach to work, with a willingness to ask questions, learn independently, and find solutions when the path forward is not clearly defined
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment where processes, priorities, and responsibilities can change frequently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of detailed, task-oriented work while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
• High level of competency working with data to support business decisions and customer outcomes
• Ability to build and implement follow-up processes and stay on top of multiple priorities
• Independent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with both internal teams and customers when needed
• Exposure to or interest in using AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, or day-to-day work
• Strong work ethic, ownership, and willingness to take on hands-on operational work as part of developing within Customer Success
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Automotive industry and/or digital advertising experience is a plus, but not required
