Program Management Specialist, Product Marketing & GTM Operations

The Program Management Specialist will drive operational excellence across product marketing initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing launch processes, tracking metrics, and improving operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product launch programs from concept through post-launch analysis
• Develop and maintain integrated launch plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness assessments
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers and Product Management teams to ensure launch deliverables are completed on schedule
• Facilitate launch readiness reviews and drive alignment across all launch stakeholders
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful launch execution
• Support the operational framework for go-to-market planning and execution across product portfolios
• Coordinate cross-functional GTM activities spanning marketing, sales, enablement, customer success, support, and communications
• Manage GTM calendars, launch schedules, planning processes, and governance mechanisms
• Establish repeatable launch and GTM processes, templates, and best practices to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, marketing priorities, and revenue objectives
• Drive strategic Product Marketing initiatives and operational projects
• Facilitate collaboration across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams
• Lead recurring program reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications
• Develop executive-ready updates and dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
• Support annual planning, business reviews, and organizational priority-setting activities
• Define and track launch and GTM success metrics
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into program health and execution
• Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
• Support post-launch retrospectives and business impact assessments
• Drive continuous improvement of launch management and GTM operational processes
• Implement scalable workflows and governance models to support organizational growth
• Create and maintain program documentation, playbooks, templates, and operating procedures
• Promote consistency and standardization across Product Marketing programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, product marketing operations, business operations, or related functions
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs
• Strong understanding of product launch processes and go-to-market execution
• Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing complex, cross-functional programs
• They bring strong project and program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering successful product launches and GTM outcomes
• Experience supporting Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales organizations
• Experience in technology, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software industries
• Familiarity with product launch frameworks and GTM planning methodologies
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications
• 5-8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations
